門式腳手架拆除的安全技術(shù)要求？1）工程施工完畢，應(yīng)經(jīng)單位工程負責(zé)人檢查驗證確認(rèn)不再需要腳手架時，方可拆除。拆除腳手架應(yīng)制訂方案，經(jīng)工程負責(zé)人核準(zhǔn)后，方可進行。拆除腳手架應(yīng)符合下列要求：1）拆除移動腳手架前，應(yīng)清除移動腳手架上的材料、工具和雜物。2）門式腳手架的拆除，應(yīng)按后裝先拆的原則，按下列程序進行：

①從跨邊起先拆頂部扶手與欄桿柱，然后拆腳手板（或水平架）與扶梯段，再卸下水平加固桿和剪刀撐。

②自頂層跨邊開始拆卸交叉支撐，同步拆下頂層連墻桿與頂層門架。

⑤拆除掃地桿、底層門架及封口桿。

（2）梯形腳手架的拆卸必須符合下列安全要求：

3）拆卸連接部件時，應(yīng)先將鎖座上的鎖板與搭鉤上的鎖片轉(zhuǎn)至開啟位置，然后開始拆卸，不準(zhǔn)硬拉，嚴(yán)禁敲擊。

2）腳手架拆除時，拆下的門架及配件，均須加以檢驗。清除桿件及螺紋上的沾污物，進行必要的整形，變形嚴(yán)重者，應(yīng)送回工廠修整。應(yīng)按規(guī)定分級檢查、維修或報廢。拆下的門架及其他配件經(jīng)檢查、修整后應(yīng)按品種、規(guī)格分類整理存放，妥善保管，防止銹蝕。
